Andrew Cozens, Ambassador
Andrew Cozens CBE is a leading national social care and health policy analyst and improvement specialist.
Since 2012, he has worked independently, undertaking commissions for the Local Government Association in England, the Welsh LGA, the King’s Fund, and various councils and organisations.
An Associate Fellow of the King’s Fund, Andrew previously served as a strategic adviser on children’s services, adult social care, and local government’s relationship with the NHS. With over 15 years as a top manager in local government, including ten years as director of social services, Andrew was President of the Association of Directors of Social Services in 2003-4. He was awarded a CBE in 2004 for his services to social work, and has previously served and chaired NDTi's Board for 10 years.
