William Case

William Case CF brings expertise in person centred planning and disability rights, with extensive experience in health, social care, and education.

A disabled person himself, Will’s journey began in 2009 with the support of a community advocate, which led him to complete the ‘Partners In Policy Making’ leadership course. In 2011, he became the first person in the UK with Cerebral Palsy to receive the Winston Churchill Fellowship, allowing him to study ‘Best Practice of Disability’ in North America and Canada.

Will advised the coalition government on the Children and Families Act and is the founder and chief executive of Your Support Matters CIC, an organisation that supports individuals and personal assistants in navigating the social care system. Passionate about ensuring everyone’s voice is heard, Will is also recognised for his expertise in employment and policy design. He frequently speaks at conferences, sharing his insights and advocating for disability rights.
