Bill Love, Executive Director
I am very fortunate to have a role which allows me to work across NDTi, our partners and commissioners. This includes working together on identifying, planning and delivering new areas of work and projects and, with Sally and the wider leadership team, on how NDTi can be most creative, impactful and sustainable.
He has worked in development and leadership roles in the public and voluntary sectors for about 25 years where the majority of his focus has been on the provision of supports for people to live in their community.
Bill’s working focus includes:
1) Working alongside people who use, provide and lead services, I am constantly reminded of the need for and power of great ideas, honest conversations and doing things differently, sometimes very differently.
2) From my experiences and those of people around me, I am frequently frustrated by the direction of and pace of change in public services
