Joanna Gibbs, Development Lead Children and Young People
Jo works across a range of projects in our Children and Young People’s team. This includes preparing for adulthood, Internships Work and supporting local authorities to develop their Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) provision.
From her work as a teacher and SEND advisor, Jo is inspired by the powerful impact inclusive education can have when it’s done well. She’s a true ambassador of working alongside people to encourage and support them in their efforts to be their authentic self.
If you ever have an online meeting with Jo, look out for her nosey cat who loves to join in.
