Niyoti Hosali, Business and Project Support Officer
Niyoti joined NDTi in November 2022 as a Business and Project Support Officer on the Children and Young People Team.
She has over 14 years’ experience of management and administration in the public and private sectors, with keen understanding on how important effective operational practice is to support people. Niyoti is passionate about focusing on people and how systems and processes can support us all to be, and do, our best. She most recently worked in the educational field, managing a busy administration and reception office in a large school serving under-supported communities.
Niyoti is a passionate believer in inclusion and making the right accommodations that support people, particularly young people, and those from diverse backgrounds with care and support needs.
