We are seeking to appoint an Evaluation and Learning Lead, with at least four years of experience of delivering leading edge practice in relation to evaluation and learning activities, to join our friendly and growing team. Evidencing impact and outcomes cuts across all the work that NDTi does. Our research and evaluation team take a values-based approach to our programme of work, combining methodological rigour with a practical understanding of the real world in which supports and public services are delivered. Our evaluation work is grounded in theory-based and realist approaches that seek to answer the fundamental questions of how, why and in what context, an intervention works.
Purpose of the role
As a member of the research and evaluation team, the Evaluation and Learning Lead is responsible for the development, co-ordination, delivery and impact of NDTi’s commissioned, grant and trust funded evaluation and learning work.
