Next Generation Leadership Programme information session

This free information session will explain more about the Next Generation Leadership Programme, what we cover and how it works.

The programme is suitable for leaders who are working in, or commissioning:

• Learning disability and autism services

• Independent advocacy

• Older people's services

• Social care

You will be in your first leadership role or have the potential to do so. Next Generation will also prepare you to take on a senior leadership role in the next three to five years.

The 2025 programme focuses on values, rights, coproduction and inclusion. It's about the things that really matter to people and what's needed to make change happen.
