The Small Supports programme is all about championing people's human rights and getting the right support in place in people's own home. It's not easy work, but it's work that makes a difference - a real difference to people who have experienced institutionalised services, sometimes a long way from home, and often with little control and autonomy over their own life and choices.

  • Find out how great support can uphold people's human rights and help people to live ordinary lives in their local communities.
  • Learn more about leading support that exceeds regulations.
  • Understand how Small Supports specifically and intentionally works with each individual to support them to achieve their hopes and dreams.
  • Hear how people can receive support in collaboration with the important people in their lives, where decisions are made by them or as close to them as possible.
  • Find out what is it like to be a Small Supports provider - and what the programme has to offer.
  • Find out what support is available to you, to explore setting up your own small social care business in Wiltshire.
