For people who work in learning disability and autism services.

Next Generation is about making sure your services are prepared for the future. We want to make sure tomorrow’s leaders have the right skills and knowledge to drive forward change.

The programme is suitable for people working in, or commissioning, learning disability and autism services, independent advocacy and older people's services.

You will be in your first leadership role or have the potential to do so. Next Generation will also prepare you to take on a senior leadership role in the next three to five years.

This programme is:

> An opportunity for leadership teams within an organisation to learn together and work together.

> Suitable for up to 20 participants who have something in common. This could be the same organisation, a region or similar roles.
