CLS Hero: Jenny Youngs

Jenny is a kind, approachable and very helpful person. I've seen Jenny embrace this new way of working with the right attitude and professionalism. Jenny is passionate about her role and is always looking at ways to improve. Jenny has poured "heart and soul" into every aspect of the CLS work. She brings commitment and passion, as well as a clear eye to the workstreams she is involved in, especially strengths-based working and the peer forum.

Jenny goes the extra mile to support and it’s always a huge relief to get a "happy to help!" message from her. An awesome and awe-inspiring colleague . I feel the work Jenny (and Sam) have completed on the peer forum, setting it up and managing it, all while doing their own day jobs has been over and above. This is such a valuable resource to adult social care and was very much needed.
