Vic was seconded to lead the 'end to end' system review with the aim of delivering whole system change and the adoption of the CLS principles and practice. In two years all aspects of our Adult Social Care pathway were examined and waste processes were removed.
Vic worked patiently with ICT developers to ensure that our induction and eLearning fully embraced the CLS principles and ensured that we had access to online Mosaic forms that support practice changes moving from assessment to conversation. This work gave us a firm basis to get us through the last 18 months and enabled the easy 'on boarding' of new staff giving a consistent message about 'starting with strengths'.
