CLS Heroes: Neil Jane and Kim

Derby Direct, LAC and Community Action Derby have worked closely together to develop the 'Community Hub'. This was initially a quick pandemic response in relation to shielding but has developed into much more, and has led to significant change impacting widely across the council and partner agencies. The hub and 'good neighbour' approach will underpin our community led support approaches including the re-implementation of talking points, and is closely linked to the development of urgent community response services.
