At NDTi we’re proud to have been working with older people and local communities for the last 25 years - to understand and act on their priorities for a good later life, and to encourage the development of services and supports that can help make these things happen. This includes looking at what’s working and not working so that older people’s vision for their own and others’ lives can happen.
We are therefore delighted to announce today that we are working with the Campaign to End Loneliness as their evaluation and learning partner over the next four years, helping to share what works in local communities across the UK in mobilising positive actions to improve people’s connections in ways that impact on their loneliness. We’re looking forward to being part of discussions at the Campaign’s Kindness Can Conference and will be sharing highlights and themes throughout the day over on @NDTiCentral and @madelineueki.
We’ll be sharing more about what we’re finding and learning over the coming months and years – so look out for updates and briefings here and on www.campaigntoendloneliness.org
