Employment commissioning tool and independent reviews

NDTi has completed, for the SSCR, an Employment support for disabled people – the evidence.

One of the things the research identified was that Commissioners did not ask the right questions, nor obtain data, that would give them good information about whether services were achieving good outcomes for people.

We ran a series of action learning sets for commissioners, during which we developed a commissioning tool that can be used to address this problem and give an indication of whether local employment commissioning and supports are on the right track to delivering real employment outcomes.
