Learning Disability and Autism Needs Assessment

NDTi are working with Bristol City Council to write a Learning Disability and Autism Needs assessment report.

This report is for Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire Local Authorities. We want to find out find out what is important to people who are autistic or have a learning disability living in these areas.

We want to find out what people need and want from health and social care support and services.

We are working with local facilitators, who are people in Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire who have learning disabilities or are autistic. Local facilitators are helping us to find out what is important to people, now and in the future.

We want to hear from people who:

• Live in Bristol, North Somerset or South Gloucestershire
• Have a learning disability and / or are autistic and / or are a family member of someone who is.

You can take part by:

• Answering our survey
