Time to Talk Next Steps Scotland was a 12-month pilot programme trialing online support for young people aged 16-25 with additional needs in Scotland: hearing their voice, building confidence and supporting transitions.
We worked in partnership with Children in Scotland and Contact to develop and deliver the pilot which was funded by The National Lottery Community Fund.

In June 2023 we organised a webinar to share findings from the evaluation. The slides to the presentation can be found here and the recording is below:
To determine the best models of support and provision of timely information to young people with additional support needs, and their parents and carers, in Scotland as they transition into adulthood.
The project built upon nationally identified needs in Scotland to improve transitions. It was informed by coproduction with young people, parents and carers in Scotland. The pilot also included learning from our Time to Talk Next Steps project in England providing virtual support to young people with additional needs. Virtual personalised support was provided to 31 young people with additional support needs from across Scotland over a six month period (September 2022-February 2023).
