This report draws together the learning from the National Development Team for Inclusion’s work as the Bringing People Together Programme's Learning Partner. NDTi worked alongside projects and The National Lottery Community Fund between early 2022 and late 2024.
This project is a collaboration between the National Development Team for Inclusion, VODG, Learning Disability England (LDE) and Skills for Care and is funded by Health Education England.
A Deep Dive into the Small Supports experience in Plymouth
