Welcome to Equality Street, housing a range of resources and tools that can support the measurement and monitoring of the quality of housing services for people with learning disabilities. Click on the different areas of the map to get to each sections for Self Advocates, Family Carers, Support workers, Commissioners, Providers and Housing Associations.
Equality Street is one of the outputs from NDTi’s crowdfunded research project which explored the differences between living in Residential Care and Supported Living settings for people with learning disabilities. We undertook a mix of surveys, interviews and focus groups with commissioners, housing service providers, self-advocates and family carers. Related outputs are available to download.
