A new report published today by the Joseph Rowntree Foundation shares the findings of an evaluation undertaken by NDTi to examine the improvements Essex County Council made to the commissioning of its care home services for older people in the county.
The report, Commissioning relationship-centred care in Essex: an evaluation shares the findings and key lessons from the evaluation, which will be of interest to commissioners and providers of care and support services more generally, as well as those with a particular interest in care home services and support. Older people and those working with them to ensure their voices and experiences are heard will also find the report of interest.
