It is recommended that you submit earlier if possible as we will process the documents as they are returned. NDTi may be in the position to make payments before this date; so the earlier you submit, the sooner you will receive the payment.

The letter was emailed to your named Authorised Signatory, with your Finance Lead and Activity Lead copied in.

A short summary of your activity between April and September 2024; and declare any underspend and make arrangements for its return, if any funds are not going to be used before the end of the financial year.

A reminder and link to the SI Grant online form and a copy of the questions for reference will be emailed to the Activity Lead one month before the deadline.

15 LAs (randomly selected by the DfE) will be asked to provide: Action Plan, evidence that supports the amounts in the claims (e.g., invoices, receipts) and details of any underspend.

Statement to confirm spend and be signed by Chief Financial Officer.

As a grant recipient, you will also need to complete:

> a re-run of the Baseline Survey to capture SI, employer and job coach data

> regional network event feedback forms

> LA support feedback

> SEND Employment Forum surveys

> your Action Plan (to be updated regularly and shared with your Regional Lead)
