Our aim is to provide employers with essential information, advice, and training, fostering growth in internships and job opportunities within their organisations.
This training opportunity is open to everyone in the business world! We enthusiastically invite individuals from all levels of an organisation, spanning a variety of sectors, to participate.
We believe that by engaging with professionals at every level, we can collectively recognise and advocate for the immense value of supported internships and the employment of young adults with learning disabilities or autism spectrum conditions.
Our champions, emerging from this training, will be empowered to confidently champion the cause within their respective sectors. They will advocate for the merits of supported internships and the benefits of hiring young adults with specific needs.
Additionally, our champions will have the unique opportunity to join a network of Supported Internship Champions, where they can stay informed with the latest updates and pertinent information to use and share within their organisations.
