Clenton Farquharson MBE is a passionate advocate for equality and inclusion, dedicated to advancing the rights of marginalised communities. With over 25 years of experience in disability rights advocacy, social justice, and intersectionality, Clenton brings a wealth of knowledge to NDTi’s Board. His extensive background includes key roles such as Commissioner on the Archbishop of Canterbury & York’s Reimagining Care and Support in England, and the Commission on COVID-19, Ableism, and Racism. As Associate Director for Think Local Act Personal (TLAP), Clenton has been instrumental in improving services and support systems for disabled individuals.

The Community Led Support spring festival is here for another year! It’s free, it’s online, on 15-16 May and it’s open to anyone with an interest in strengths based, community led approaches to social care and health.

We’re looking for participants to take part in a piece of research. You should be aged 40+ and have a learning disability and/or be LGBT+.
We are looking to develop a number of new Small Support organisations that can help people with learning disabilities or who are autistic move out of in-patient services and have lives of their own in their own homes!
