Change that leads to better lives

Small Supports, Big Difference: a really good, ordinary life

We are looking to develop a number of new Small Support organisations that can help people with learning disabilities or who are autistic move out of in-patient services and have lives of their own in their own homes!

Small Supports centres on championing people’s human rights - getting the right support in place, in a welcoming, warm, and private home, enabling people to have a really good, ordinary life. It's not easy work, but it is work that makes a difference, a real difference to people who have experienced the worst kinds of care and treatment, who have been separated from those who love and care for them, and who have been let down many times by support services in the past.

If you want to make a difference and learn more, please visit this page and register your interest. Once you have registered your interest we will send you an invitation to an information session.

Most importantly, if you decide to embark on this work, then NDTi, our partner small support organisations and the growing Small Supports Network, will support you, stand alongside you, and welcome you to a community of people making a difference.
